Nestled in one of West London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, Lime Grove Mews blends classic English architectural styling with refined contemporary living. The development features an exclusive collection of apartments and Regency-inspired villas, all designed around elegant landscaping and within walking distance of key transport links into central London.
Our custom staircase installation added a sculptural focal point to this intimate development, reflecting the same balance of timeless form and modern craftsmanship.

Luxury Apartments
A landmark redevelopment of the historic Denham Film Studios, this project comprises 224 luxury residences, including a mix of converted apartments and newly built townhouses. The development integrates original architectural features — including a restored cinema and cocktail bar — with landscaped gardens, rill water features, private woodland, and contemporary family living.
Kallisto was proud to contribute a bespoke curved precast staircase to complement the site’s cinematic heritage and modern design ethos.

Manor Lodge is an independent preparatory school known for its outstanding academic performance and strong creative arts programmes. For the school's new development, Kallisto was commissioned by LIFE Build Solutions and IID Architects to design and deliver a bespoke curved staircase - a striking centrepiece within the entrance hall of the building.
The staircase provides not only a functional connection between floors, but also reflects the school’s commitment to excellence in design and learning environments.

St Helen's School of Music – Northwood

The latest development in the St. Helen’s School masterplan (following on from the completed Junior School and Front Entrance projects) is this dedicated music teaching centre with a precast concrete half spiral staircase manufactured by Kallisto. The distinctive brick and terracotta-clad building will house classrooms, individual and group practice rooms, a music technology suite, recording studio and performance space.

Working for a private client in Wolverhampton, Kallisto Stairs designed, manufactured, delivered and installed this stunning helical precast concrete feature stair for the grand entrance hall of a brand new luxury development. Once installation of the precast steps was complete, the client, using follow on trades, was able to finish the stair in a way best suited to the style of the property.

This luxurious 7500 sq ft private residence continues Hill’s recent success in developing high quality bespoke private houses throughout the Eastern region of England. It’s elegantly complimented by the curved feature stair, manufactured in precast concrete by Kallisto, which has been finished with bespoke glass balustrading and solid oak treads.
Ellwood Grange – Beaconsfield

Ellwood Grange is an imposing architectural Georgian masterpiece constructed to an outstanding specification and finish, providing sumptuous and spacious accommodation totalling in excess of 8,900 sq ft across three floors. Located on one of the most prestigious roads in Beaconsfield and set within stunning west-facing gardens, Ellwood Grange is a short walk from all of the town’s amenities including Beaconsfield train station which provides direct links to London Marylebone. Kallisto manufactured and installed an elegant and illuminated curved concrete stair.

Working for Ditton Construction in Esher, Surrey, Kallisto Stairs designed, manufactured, delivered and installed a luxurious central floating concrete feature stair at a new build property for a private client. Ditton Construction encompass all aspects of new build projects including surveys, designs, project planning, estimating, risk management and ‘build-ability’ analysis.

Once installation of the precast flights was complete, the client, using follow on trades, was able to finish the stair in luxury carpet with chrome balustrades.

Working for Paul Harris Developments in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, Kallisto Stairs designed, manufactured, delivered and installed both a twin collection of luxurious helical precast concrete feature stairs along with bespoke precast landings and a range of prestressed hollowcore concrete floors at a brand new luxury development. The 10,000+ sqft property features a reception hall, kitchen/breakfast/family room, 3 reception rooms, utility room and study, 6 bedrooms and 7 bath/shower rooms, leisure facilities with indoor swimming pool, private driveway, triple garage and landscaped gardens.

Working for a private client in Ashtead, Surrey, Kallisto Stairs designed, manufactured, delivered and installed a completely bespoke helical precast concrete feature staircase within a brand new luxury development. Once installation of the flight was complete, the client, using follow on trades, was able to finish the stair in luxurious marble, accompanied by a striking iron balustrade.
Mount Folly Cottage – North Boarhunt, Hampshire

Working for a private client in North Boarhunt, Hampshire, Kallisto Stairs designed, manufactured, delivered and installed a set of two completely bespoke helical precast concrete feature staircases within a brand new luxury development. Once installation of the flights were complete, the client was able to finish the stairs in both carpet and marble, accompanied by a striking chandelier and feature wall.
Home Park Road – Wimbledon, London

Working for Cibco Construction in Wimbledon, London, we provided a range of bespoke winder staircases to the clients requirements, benefitting from both space and headroom savings. The project involved Cibco demolishing the existing house and constructing the new house with a basement, including external landscaping works.

Casalinda is a new home with Palladian influences designed following classical forms, proportion, and symmetry. We were pleased to provide the luxury curved stair presented within the grand entrance hall. The property was fully designed by AV Architects who completed the architectural, interior and hard landscape design.

An outstanding, newly constructed, luxurious residence standing in half an acre, located in the private and exclusive estate of Hutton Mount with tree-lined roads and picturesque properties. The property is one of the most substantial in the area with over 7,800 square feet of accommodation, complemented by a striking Kallisto curved staircase with views through the kitchen/family room towards an outdoor heated swimming pool and landscaped gardens beyond.

This bespoke crafted Kallisto curved stair, designed by DEDRAFT Architects on behalf of Donovan Construction, has been perfectly complimented by every thoughtfully designed element of the room – a true masterpiece in the making.
Parkside Gardens, Wimbledon – London

Parkside breathes new life into an originally unmodernized two-storey Edwardian residence, carefully preserved and locally listed within a conservation area. The property was finished with an entirely bespoke Kallisto curved staircase, crafted off-site and introduced with each floor’s construction. Finished with custom timber treads mirroring the ground floor finish and a bespoke curved timber handrail and gunmetal spindles.
